Infrared Aerial Photo

An infrared aerial photo is a remote sensing technique, where an image of the earth's surface is taken from the air or space. Infrared images differ from those in black in white, in that infrared emulsion is sensitive to wavelengths that fall outside the range of human vision. The photo above is an infrared aerial photo of the Golden Gate Bridge, same as the image in the previous post, though in infrared. It's clear that this image captures much more detail.
